Request the MyHeritage raw DNA export and retain the original quoted CSV or the ZIP that contains it.

Sign in at myheritage.com.

Go to DNA → Manage DNA kits.

Click the three dots (⋯) next to your kit → Download raw DNA data.

Confirm the data agreement and click Continue.

MyHeritage will send an email. Click the Download button in the email.

Enter your password and download the .csv.zip file. Upload it here directly.
